Al Badr Murabaha Fund

Al Badr Fund is a Shari’a compliant fund investing in non interest transactions with reputed local and international counterparties. It also invests in Islamic Sukuks, Murabaha funds and other Islamic instruments that fulfill the fund objectives in the view of the manager. The aim is to provide investors with safety, quick access to their money and Saudi Riyal or US Dollar returns that are Shari'a Compliant.

Al Qindeel US$ High Yield Murabaha

Al Qindeel Fund is a unique Murabaha fund that invests in Murabaha transactions backed by trade financing instruments that are issued by banks, Corporates & governments in various emerging markets. Al Qindeel uses emerging market trade obligations such as letters of credit and promissory notes as collateral for the Murabaha transactions. This purchase and sale of trade obligations is known as "forfaiting" and Al Qindeel is the first and only fund of its kind in KSA.
This unique structure based on the use of import/export obligations allows the fund the potential to generate returns in excess of a conventional Murabaha fund in a Shari’a compliant way within a moderate level of risk.

Al Saffa Saudi Equity Fund

Al Saffa Fund is a Shari'a compliant equity fund which invests in equities listed on the Saudi Stock market that conform to Shari'a compliant investment criteria approved by the Banque Saudi Fransi Shari’a committee. It excludes financial and Insurance institutions that are not deemed Shari'a compliant and any other companies that carry excessive debt.
The fund's objective will be to outperform the Caam SF 50 Islamic index maintained by Caam Saudi Fransi.

Al Qasr GCC Real Estate & Construction Equity Fund

Al Qasr Fund invests in listed Shari'a compliant equities trading in theGCC countries that derive majority of their revenues directly or indirectly from the Real Estate and construction sectors. The fund may also invest in Real Estate and Construction linked equities that are Shari’a compliant in other countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
The fund's objective is to generate capital appreciation in excess of its benchmark over the long term.

Al Danah GCC Equity Fund

Al Danah Fund invests in listed Shari'a compliant equities in the rapidly expanding GCC countries. The fund may also take exposure to other Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa; these may include Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon and Jordan, should the fund manager identify appropriate opportunities.
The fund's objective is to generate long term capital appreciation and outperform the Caam SF Shari’a Compliant GCC Index.

Al Fursan BRIC Equity Fund

Al Fursan is an innovative Shari'a compliant mutual fund which invests in listed equities in the largest emerging markets of Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC).
Over the last 5 years, the emerging markets have largely outperformed developed countries and are still presenting stronger growth perspectives.
Al Fursan aims to provide long-term capital growth & outperform the Emerging market Shari'a index developed by Dow Jones Islamic indices.
